About the Role:
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to support remote technology, data, cloud, AI, and operational initiatives across internal and client-facing work. This role is designed for a strong operator who can work independently, communicate clearly, and produce high-quality work in an async-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own important workstreams from discovery through delivery, documentation, testing, and handoff.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, product, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Build practical systems, workflows, analysis, or technical outputs that solve real business problems.
- Document decisions, assumptions, tradeoffs, risks, and operating procedures clearly.
- Use data, evidence, and structured thinking to improve quality, reliability, and performance.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations in writing with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area.
- Strong practical experience with Full-Stack Development, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, APIs.
- Ability to work remotely with high ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, marketing technology, healthcare technology, data platforms, or enterprise software environments.
- Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous documentation-heavy workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical or operational execution plans.
Work Environment:
- Remote role for candidates located in the United States.
- Full-time position.
- Senior individual contributor or lead-level responsibilities depending on experience.
